Paul started his career with Grubb & Ellis in San Diego and shortly thereafter became the top producer focusing on retail ground up leasing and land acquisitions throughout San Diego County.
After 12 years in brokerage he moved over to the development side and has developed over 1.9 million square feet of retail projects throughout the western United States.
Paul Graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in real estate and has served on various boards and committees with ICSC.
Paul is also a board member of several civic and cultural organizations throughout the Phoenix area.
